Homewood at Martinsburg’s Assisted Lifestyle program provides comfortable, generously-sized apartment homes with:
- fully-equipped kitchens
- large closets and storage space
- separate bedrooms, bathrooms, and living space
- 24-hour emergency call system
Several of our apartments have been newly renovated to provide Homewood residents with a warm and welcoming home.

Many services are included in your daily rate. They are:
- licensed nurse on duty 24-hours/day 7 days/week
- three meals per day in the Olive Branch dining room
- weekly housekeeping and trash removal
- weekly laundry service
- daily scheduled activity program
- assistance with activities of daily living
- medication management
- mail delivery
- maintenance services
- access to our Wellness Center and indoor, heated swimming pool
Additional services are available for a fee. They include:
- beauty salon/barber shop
- transportation
- cable
- telephone
- pharmaceuticals
- meal delivery
- pet care
- supplies used for nursing services
- dry cleaning services
- physical, occupation, and speech therapies
