Memory Care

Caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s disease or other related impairments can be overwhelming.  Homewood’s special Memory Care Unit can help.  Our specially-trained staff provides compassionate care to our residents enhancing their lives through our therapeutic activities program in which activities are specifically designed to meet their specific needs. Our Jean Lingenfelter Sensory Lounge provides gentle sensory stimulation of all five senses to enhance feelings of comfort and well-being.

Respite Care

Sometimes temporary care is needed for a loved one. Respite care provides daily care for loved ones while caregivers take a break to address their own needs. Caregivers gain peace of mind knowing that their loved one is receiving compassionate care by trained staff members in an environment where they have opportunities to engage in a multitude of activities.
